Parenting with PACE – Creating Safety Through Connection
6th August, 2025
12PM – 1PM AESTPACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) is a powerful framework for building connection, especially with children who struggle with emotional regulation, trauma, or challenging behaviour.
In this 60-minute online workshop, we’ll explore how to embody the principles of PACE in everyday parenting — not as a script, but as a way of being with your child that fosters safety, trust, and emotional growth. Learn how to stay connected in hard moments, shift from control to collaboration, and respond in ways that promote secure attachment.
You’ll gain simple, effective tools to approach your child with more confidence, compassion, and calm.

The Art of Rupture and Repair: From Conflict to Connection
WED 2nd July, 2025
12PM – 1PM AESTThis evidence-based, relationally focused workshop explores how moments of rupture — disconnection, conflict, or emotional overwhelm — are not signs of failure, but essential opportunities to build trust and deepen relationships.
Grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic awareness, we’ll explore what happens in the nervous system during rupture, how our personal histories shape our responses, and what genuine, embodied repair really looks like — beyond just saying “I’m sorry.”
You’ll walk away with practical tools, reflective prompts, and real-world language to help you reconnect with your child or partner after conflict, fostering greater emotional safety, resilience, and connection.
