Lunch & Learn – 3rd September – Inside Out: Supporting Regulation & Interoception in Neurodivergent Kids

$25.00

WED 3rd SEPTEMBER | 12 - 1 PM AEST

Interoception — the sense of internal body signals — plays a crucial role in how children understand their emotions, recognise their needs, and navigate daily life. For many autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent kids, differences in interoception can make regulation especially challenging.

In this 60-minute online workshop, psychotherapist Anna Fasolo and neuro-affirming occupational therapist Steph Robertson will explore how interoception shapes behaviour, regulation, and body awareness — and how we can support kids with compassion, clarity, and connection.

You’ll gain practical tools to co-regulate, build body awareness, and support neurodivergent kids from the inside out — without overwhelm or shame.

Can’t make it live? All registered participants will receive the recording.
