This practical Lunch & Learn will help you make sense of interoception (your body’s internal signals), the different nervous system states, and why co-regulation and role-modelling are some of the most powerful tools we have as parents. You’ll leave with simple, realistic strategies you can use immediately to support yourself and your child through big feelings, overwhelm, and stress.
